面对“高龄产妇”这支日渐庞大的队伍，全国政协委员、全国工商联美容化妆品业商会副会长张晓梅深有感触。今年两会期间，她正打算提交一份《强化女性育龄期国家责任，鼓励黄金育龄期正常生育》的提案。她告诉《生命时报》记者，上世纪90年代，中国35岁以上初次生育高龄产妇仅为2%；到2006年，这比例翻了一番；时至今日，像北京、上海、深圳等城市已高达10%以上。“选择延迟育龄或不育的人群，多为城市精英，这对今后中国人口质量会有怎样的影响，值得我们认真考虑。加拿大加华月子中心给您建议。
25—30岁生孩子最好
那么，到底多少岁是女人生育的“黄金期”呢？上海交通大学附属第一医院产科主任徐先明告诉记者，如果从纯生物学上来说，25岁左右是女性最佳生育年龄，这时子宫颈管弹性好，容易扩张，子宫肌肉收缩有足够力量，容易平安分娩。如果结合社会、心理因素考虑，女人最理想的生育年龄则在25—30岁，这时女性的心理、生理已十分成熟，最适合孕育宝宝。一旦跨入35岁，就算是高龄产妇了，不仅受孕机会变小，自然流产率也大幅增加。
在北京大学附属第三医院生殖医学中心，每天都会接待各地不孕不育的女性近千人，在每年27万人次的门诊中，因为超龄导致不孕的就占了10%左右。该院妇产科主任、生殖医学中心主任乔杰说，很多人年轻时因工作忙没顾上要孩子，年纪大了想要却怀不上了。如果仅靠自然受孕，时间不等人，而且年龄越大危险越多，所以最终决定为她们采取体外受精的方式，做了试管婴儿。
高龄产妇要迈过几道坎
30岁后生孩子，总有点背水一战的感觉，似乎每个时刻都得小心翼翼。是什么原因让这么多女性错失生育“黄金期“，一不留神成了大龄产妇呢？
张晓梅委员因为长期从事女性工作，接触了众多女性，她发现，“很多人谈恋爱困难、结婚晚、工作压力大，怕不能给孩子好的生活环境，有的则想再过几年轻松的二人世界，不希望为孩子所累，致使‘生育大计’最终被搁浅。”这也是她撰写今年两会提案最主要的原因。“社会竞争激烈，育龄女性感觉到因离开职场而被取代的惶恐，让她们被动放弃了正常的生命繁衍权。此外，我国现行生育保险制度也存在一定问题，女性生产后职场和社会角色回归的保障十分薄弱，都造成生孩子越来越晚。”
虽然高龄产妇在生理上不是绝对的“高危人群”，但几位专家承认，比起年轻准妈妈，她们在孕育中确实可能遇到更多的麻烦：首先，女性随着年龄增大，排卵越来越不规律，30岁以后受孕几率大大下降。其次，随着年龄增大，阴道弹性也随之降低，特别是子宫颈管较难张开、子宫肌肉收缩力减弱，流产或难产风险增大。第三，孕妇年龄越大，发生妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病等的几率就越高，轻者引发水肿、头痛，重者会危害孕妇和胎儿生命。最后，数据显示，高龄产妇占到忧郁症产妇的70%以上。大龄产妇对妊娠反应也较为敏感，往往孕吐剧烈，产后体能恢复比不上年轻产妇。更严重的，是高龄生产给宝宝带来风险。年龄一大，卵子易过最佳“保质期”，造成质量下降、受精时染色体异常几率变高等问题，都会导致胎儿致畸率增高。
